Staff are excellent with customer service and breakfast being stellar. Rooms are starting to show some wear. The locks on all doors need attention, cleaning, repair or replace. Locks open inconsistently, made it abit inconvenient for a smoker with a dog.
Not bad for the price. Only issues- Fitness Center, treadmill did not work. We washed 2 loads of laundry in the washers, went to use the only dryer and we did 3 full cycles of drying and clothes were still soaked. I do not recommend doing the laundry here. Seems like dryer has been inoperable for a while. Hot breakfast- 7/10. Housekeepers were AMAZING. They are thorough and do a great job keeping the hotel clean and tidy. Staff is friendly.
Called to book a room three times. No one answered. Lady at the desk didn't believe us. Used an agency who double booked us. Lady at the front desk said we should of called them. Didn't offer any help. Told us to take it up with the agency. I got it straighten with the agency who then called La Quinta. All oher staff was fine. All other aspects of our stay was fine also.
Overall a very good stay. Very good breakfast. The key cards really are a problem - we had to have ours re-keyed several times even though we hadn’t had them near magnets as instructed. Also, the treadmill didn’t work because of a “lubricate deck” message. We would stay again.
Room was not over the top but it was clean and workers were sweet as pie…my toddler soaked all the towels in the tub and they replaced them happily.. getting in and out to main road was a little dicey when it’s busy but not too bad. From desk is a bit tucked back with no bell but someone is normally hanging around. Breakfast lady was the best!
Easily accessible from highway. The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast before leaving. Lots of parking spaces.
I came in at nine o'clock.Front counter was amazingly pleasant, found me a room at a better rate than I got when I called the clearinghouse room was clean.Everyone was fine, couldn't have asked for more left before breakfast.But coffee was ready and grabbed a bagel.Excellent experience
The entire staff have been absolutely amazing and so sweet! Every staff member we interacted with and that's including the GM and Manager were so kind and helpful. They worked with me and my family and they were very attentive. They were considerate of every guest in the hotel. Everyone smiles at you and seems genuinely happy to be there. They welcome fur babies/companions. The pool is nice and warm. The breakfast in the mornings are delicious! My family and I really want to know their waffle mix recipe LOL. I would completely and confidently recommend them to family and friends. My family and I have a lot going on in our lives right now and the staff here don't know how much their positivity, and kindness and willingness to help us has impacted us for that we Thank you so much!!
